Every fighter on your team scores points based on how their fight goes. Higher risk picks pay more. The captain doubles everything.

Detailed rules

🥇 Winner pick (+100)

If the fighter you picked wins, you get 100 points. This is the foundation of every score — reading the fight correctly is the most important skill.

Applies regardless of method or odds. Even decision wins from heavy favorites give the full 100.

🐺 Underdog bonus (+25 or +50)

Picking the underdog is harder, so it pays better. If your fighter is the underdog and wins, you get extra:

  • +25 if your fighter was a moderate underdog (+200 to +299 moneyline)
  • +50 if your fighter was a heavy underdog (+300 or more)

Note: underdogs already cost less in the team budget, so the bonus is calibrated to keep all tiers roughly equal in expected value per dollar.

💥 Method pick (+50)

If you predicted how your fighter would win and the actual method matches, you get +50:

  • Predict KO/TKO → fight ends by KO/TKO ✓
  • Predict Submission → fight ends by sub ✓
  • Predict Decision → fight goes to the scorecards ✓

📜 Decision pick bonus (+25 extra)

Decisions can't earn a round bonus (they go the distance), so to balance the system we add +25 extra when you correctly predict the fight will go to the scorecards.

Total for a correct decision pick = +50 method + +25 decision bonus = +75.

⏱️ Round pick (+50)

Only applies to KO/TKO and Submission finishes. If you picked a specific round AND your fighter won by KO/Sub in that round, you get +50.

Picking a round is disabled when you choose Decision.

🏆 Title fight bonus (+25)

Won a title fight? Extra +25. Applies on top of all other bonuses.

👑 Captain (×2)

One of your 5 fighters has to be designated the captain. All their points are multiplied by 2 — including losses. Choose wisely.

A captain who wins by KO/TKO in round 1 of a title fight can score over 450 points alone. A captain who loses by KO scores −50.

❌ Penalties

If your fighter loses, you don't lose your winnerbonus (you didn't get it). But:

  • −25 if your fighter was finished by KO/TKO or Sub
  • 0 if your fighter lost by decision, draw or no-contest
